Day One takes a look at warming the spine to be able to get more from the twisty poses! We'll work our way from open twists, to closed twists, and talk about how we can do things like, engage the core, and work with drishti (gaze), to get the most out of this spinal modality!

About the event

We're starting 2026 off the best way we know how- A Swift Yoga Reset! The 7 Day Stretch begins on Friday January 2 and goes through Thursday January 8th and each day explores a different core element of the Vinyasa Flow practice. Together, we'll practice 7 times in a row, for one hour at a time, covering twists, core, arm balances, inversions, bendy poses, bindy poses and the mysterious backbend. You do NOT want to miss this! 7 day stretch is a small fee for members. Recordings Available upon request.
