Kid's Yoga with Cami!
If they're going to be on their screens, may as well make it fruitful! Join Cami Codell, child/family yoga specialist, for a 30-minute movement break that will help your elementary aged (5-11) child transition from school to home in a healthy and mindful way!

Through movement and interactive prompts, Cami will help ease your child into the rest of their evening through using age appropriate breath exercises, a bit of heavy work to keep their energy levels steady, and lots of laughing and encouragement.

Through songs and stories, Cami makes mindfulness more approachable. Ages up to 10 are invited. Any child under 4 must have a parent or gaurdian on screen with them. Parents must always be somewhere in the house where the child is taking the class on their computers.
